Did you buy it used? did it have that tint on when you bought it? Is there or was an apexi sticker on the apiler?

Yep. Its a Neon.
same thing im saying just a neon with stock body, rattle can rims, and upgraded FMIC. clean but seen alot around the A

Rattle can Rims? see how much u know... my rims were sprayed at the paint shop.
