Dolphins are some of the coolest animals, they can fucking learn faster than almost any animal besides monkey and so forth. My god you people are retarded. Everyone on this thread that is crying on the inside about dolphins needs to stop eating meat right now. Pretty much every animal you eat is slaughtered the same way as this, cutting its throat and letting it bleed to death.

Cows are shot in the head with a small pistol (which doesnt kill them, just stuns them so they dont struggle), then slaughtered by being hung upside down with their throats cut until they bleed to death.

Chickens are slaughtered the same way, except they are mildly electrocuted first so they stay still.

Pigs are electrocuted or gassed with carbon dioxide before being bled.

Its a fucking dolphin!! So what if it is cute, or smart, or entertaining. Its food. People need food to live. If you lived in Japan you would eat dolphin just like you eat beef or chicken in America. They are not endangered, so what the hell is the big deal?

They are like the heros of the water, they actually can save humans if in need or they are drowning. Cows, chickens, pigs are brought up to be eaten as food fool.

Chickens are good for pest control i.e they eat roaches and centipedes etc.

what made this different than a chicken for me was the fact that they injured some of them, so thier family members stick around to try and help, only to get drug behind a truck still alive.that hits a little to close to home for me, but thats me. And i dont eat dolphin, and never will for that very reason. :D

I really can’t be mad at them for eating Dolphin; I mean I eat deer, which is just as innocent and also not specifically bred for food. I do have a problem though with how they are killing these animals, which like said isn’t that far off or less humane then how livestock is treated here, in which I also don’t condone. Also, without an over abundance of dolphins (like there are deer), or a constantly replenishing resource like cattle.....we are possibly putting many species of dolphin in jeopardy of extinction.
