1996 clean clean cobra for sale 540RW HP ZO6 killer cheap

Okay I will try to do my best to remember whats all done to the car. It’s a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra It is white with Tan leather seats in great shape, The car has 60,107 miles on the clock with 12,000 miles on the built motor, Now for the motor modifications, It is a built HCI Short block with 8:5: 1 dished CP pistons, with Forged Cobra Crank ,ARP bolts, The heads are stage 2 ported and polished with SC cams, It has a stage 2 ported HCI mongoose intake with no IMRCs, it has upgraded valves and can rev up to 8000rpms. The car has a vortech S trim supercharger with a Anderson power pipe, with the upgrade of a vortech intercooler, The car has 42lbs injectors, longtube headers going into a x-pipe which is all slip on and high dollar parts, The car stays extremely cool, The suspenstion has also been changed I cant recall what I put on it, but the shocks are red which I think those are tokikco shocks, handles very nice. The transmission has all upgraded parts for more power and shifts perfect with no noises at all. What has been done to the car in the last 2 months, The rear end has been rebuilt with 31 spline axles, ford motorsports Carrier, with a 3.73 ford motorsport gear, has all new seals and bearings the cost for that ran me up to 1300 dollars, I just put a set of mac mufflers on there, which makes the car scream. The wheels and tires are a month old they are 17/9 and 17/10.5 black bullitts, the fronts have 255 tires on front, and the rear the wheels are deep dish so I put a 315 35 17 Bfg Drag radials on the rear.The car made 540 Rear wheel horsepower at 5200 RPMs than it started to run lean, To Make more power you would only need 60lbs injectors and a 255 in tank pump and a new tune and I guarantee the car will be over 700 horsepower due to the built motor and being able to run to 8000 RPMs. The car has no flaws, still has a/c and heat, ans passes emissions so you wouldn’t have to worry,. It has also been sighned by Jack Roush on the passenger side airbag. I love this car to death but I have got to many tickets and cant afford to keep it anymore, you can drive this car anywhere it has been my daily driver for the past 3 months due to my trucks tranny going out, so if you are looking or a perfect fast everyday driver or a car or the weekend this is it, super clean never abused low mileage great shape in and out this is the car for you, I know I am forgetting tons of stuff but if interested give me a call, I have no problem letting any shop look at it because the car is perfect. The Price is 14,700 firm no i will not take 14,500 so please dont ask, You couldnt come close to building the car at this price, its in the autotrader for 16,500 but just lowered the price so dont know how long it will last, this is by far the cleanest cobra around. I am only here to sale the car not to argue with anyone you dont like the car please just keep it to yourself thanks .

Yea i will take 14,200 but you supply your own wheels and tires lol, thanks guys for all the comments, yes it is a very clean car and worth a whole lot more but as we all know you will never get back what you put into a car, someone needs this car to smoke the ZO6s and the 03 04 cobras and hell why your out find you a firehawk. All you would need is 255 intake fuel pump and some 60lbs injectors and the car will be in the 700HP range, amd you can drive it everyday.

to make 700 with your setup you would have to over spin the blower and that would not be good. I would also venture to say that you will probably run lean past 625-650hp, even with the Walbro 255 setup. To run this setup in a conservative and reliable manor I would push the blower no more than 14psi, and use something like the Aeromotive A-1000 fuel pump.

Luckily the fuel system on your vehicle is easily modified to swap different fuel setups 99-up models are not so lucky.

Why don't you enter the "kills forums" http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=9 and call out a few people before you get rid of it. I'm sure there are a few guys with some Cobra & Z06s that would like to prove you wrong.

Well the car already has trickflow fuel rails to support for more horsepower and i am already pushing 13lbs of boost with no problems, the block is bored 30 over and can support alot more than 700HP. and a 255 intake fuel pump will run laps around the A-1000 so i have heard from other mustang shops, and there is always another car out there that will be faster than yours i am not saying i can go out and beat a 03 04 cobra or ZO6 on some juice, but if you want to line up a stock ZO6 against this car i would love to show them up. Thanks for your input but what i listed for 700 HP i am going by what the local mustang shops around here have told me what i would need to get in the 700HP range. I am not saying you are wrong i am just going with what i have heard from well known mustang guys.

Are your #'s True and can you prove this ? Post the dyno sheet or take down your claim since you have no way to show us.. Its one thing to claim the # but what you say and what you think it will take to make 700 is funny.. Claim these numbers On Modular Fords Or Hell even on Street car Forums, I would like to see how they bash you, :lmfao:

You will not get your car down to that weight. I have a gutted hatch with an sr in it. You will not save that much weight in the hatch by going to carbon because its the glass that is weighs the most. My car gutted to 1 seat w/ sr on stock wheels on a full tank with stock hood and hatch weighed 2620 without me in it. I dought you are saving 400lbs more than my hatch
