Its for Cingular...I think its unlocked no sure tho..and i got the blue one from cingular.and for the ring tones just go to Options->Change Audio->then Detail->and pick song that you want as ring tone

No need to get mad. I can look at whatever thread I want to. You called who? Cingular? I dont think a phone company would let you unlock there own phone. GL with your sell. Im just protecting the people who dont know how much the phone really cost.

Yup...called Cingular...and they do...just ask for the code...they ask for the IMEI number and they email it to you with in a week...but you must have cingular for i think 3 months with out missing a payment.
