FIA, Bernie Ecclestone, Max Mosley, and everyone that ran Michelin tires today should give themselves a pat on the back....good job folks! y'all ruined F1 racing in America and probably the rest of the world! you made me a bigger NASCAR, ALMS, IRL, and touring car racing fan then ever before (even if that's even possible)....:2up:

why did they ruin it...they didn't choose the tires. i think it made for a very interesting race and seeing how there is only ONE banked turn out of all the courses they run i don't think it was some huge season ruining problem, it will just make the rest of the races more interesting. did you see the crashes in qualifying saturday though, i'd have been scared shitless to run that corner, it took balls for those guy to get out there and run and they did...it was a good race and just one race, but sorry if you're going to let ruin your love for the sport.

I'm sorry but they've been racing at Indy for 6 years now....logic would dictate that by now they would've solved the problem with the banking also they're some oval courses scattered about Europe that any of the teams could test at...Also do you know many people tested at Indy this year? 2...thats it!...also they're in the business to race for the fans....i feel for the public that was in attendance...they've spent a lot of money to see those drivers race...and to have only 6 people go out and run 75 parade laps is not only insulting but retarded...they had numerous options for them to initiate...but they chose not too...people will say the FIA is there to enforce the rules...but i'm sorry rules are meant to be broken....especially in this instance....put the fuckin chicane in...fill the cars to rim with fuel....and there is your solution right there....
btw:
chuck i'm not flaming you....just pissed off at the situation....:)

dude yousef, they didnt ruin that race, the compound that they were running or the tires's them selves might have been a defunked tire and couldnt put up with the pressure that that corner might have put on the tire, i have been there to watch the race, and i can appreciate them doing wat they did but keeping the drivers safe and not racing. all i can think of is that the compound was wrong that they used to make those tires and it couldnt put up with the pressuer n speed on the turns...who knos' n all honesty i doubt there even goin to go to indy anymore, the contracts up in a year i think, and i think it would be bad ass if they went back to like long beach or something, a site of the original f1 races, fuck tony george that guys a prick and a fuckin half

I don't think that even having Lifetime Movie Network sponsering the FIA would get me to liking NASCAR, lolol. Later, QDizzle.
