If it's one thing I have learned from dealing with insurance it's to call relentlessly until you get on their nerves so bad they just give in and give you what you want. I hate dealing with insurance companies. I sell cars and we do in-house financing and sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get shit done. You would think paying off a lienholder wouldn't be that difficult but I've had to sue 2 companies this year already.
