I dont care about the sound that was a BAD ASS car, I have an M5 clone I am building right now (not M3) and I promise you that there wont be complaints of the exhaust sound

Either that thing needs to be tuned better or the engine is about to go because there is a unfriendly rattle in that motor. Either pinging, rod knock, or top end noise. Either way, a bad ass car.

i had a 1995 530i and the muffler mounts broke..
because the muffler weighed about 75 pounds i had to take it off
and well it was nearly as loud as a straight piped chevy 350
and no it didnt sound like a bmw haha
bmw puts weird mufflers on thier cars to make them sound different
like whining sound or something...

Ehh m3's are just raspy. . . i drive 10-20 different ones a week on average. They are all rapsy even with aftermarket exhaust systems. The only system that claims it can get rid of the rasp is UUC Motowerks.
