WTB: ef shell and motor

im looking for a 89-90 ef hatch in good condition for its age at a reasonable price . im also looking for an OBD-0 b16 built or stock but the motor must be in real good shape. i want to buy a whole swap but if no one has it like that then i have to try and get the motor assembled then ill get everything else as i go. i need this stuff as quick as possible its for a friend that wrecked his ef. thanks for the help.
he has money up front for all of this so pm me with details
