i have 2 12s there american pro might not be the most popular company or nicest but i heard 2 of these befor i bought them(not these ones) and they sounded real good for the price. they are 450 watts peak power. kapton voice coil,40hms, rubber cone. these are brnd new. they come in a q logic box.they sell for 45 a piece so i think thats fair, but it is obo
