These are 17 inch Gunmetal RS Limited Concept Pro with 1inch polished lip wrapped in Khumo Estca 205/40/17 tires. Tires are pretty new, 90% tread left and rims are about a year old bought them from wheelmax. Price is $500 for rims and tires. Rims are 4 lug.
