actually alot of illegals pay taxes by use of a taxid number, which can be assigned to a noncitizen of the country.
as far as it being unjust, perhaps you should call INS, which knowingly lets "illegals" into the country WHILE their citizenship is being processed, which can take upwards of 15+yrs ; i believe right now the standard waiting time is 4 years. so you want to stop illegals from coming here, its your government allowing them to stay, take it up with them.

sounds to me like you "know" alot of misinformation. illegal immigrants are what the name calls them. illegal. if they are in the process of becoming legal they have paper work stating so, thus they are not illegal. ever hear of a visa?

Plenty of illegals work without a tax ID. And per your own statements, if she wasn't illegal then she'd atleast have a tax ID. Since it said she needed a SSN or a Tax ID then she obviously didn't have either.
