My Miata (Timeline)

well i figured i would post a lil timeline and from time to time i will post more pics as i do stuff to the Miata.

So i bought the Car on Nov. 8th and heres what it looked like

then i promptly ordered struts and springs along with a couple other goodies

first thing i put on was the shift knob and cupholder (THATS RIGHT
AUTOMATIC 20+ HP GAIN!!!!!!!11111) lol

also did an ipod hookup

due to a couple problems i had to wait a lil while to put on the springs and struts

Ive helped my friends with CCR install a few, so shouldnt take long. (me and my friend Ryan are doing it... he works with CCR) :goodjob:
But yea, got the Boss Frog clearview: http://www.gomiata.com/singlehoop.html that way I can still rock the hardtop.... and be considered a "spec miata." :D And be safe.... :ninja:

Well aside from custom, its the only thing I can do without having a style bar... that will fit under the hard top... and I <3 my hard top... twas a factory option so yea. :goodjob: Thanks tho. Its hard to roll a miata, I do worry about my safety though, and after seeing droptopdrifters first car (white one he rolled) with a bar like that... certainly encourages me to get one. Shit saved his life.

hahaha it was a bitch my first time...(hard dog double diagnol) the style bar was a piece of cake (on my friends car, my old one came with the car), 10 mins install, like 2 mins removal... and mine was about 2 mins removal as well, woulda taken less time if the freakin bolts werent so long. :tongue1: How long did it end up takin yall?

damn how did i miss this thread for the past two days lol. yeah your miata is deffinitly coming along and it took me a like 6 hours to do my roll cage as well. I have the hrd-dog single diangle made for hard tops so Fawk_you you could of got a hard-dog, and i love my hard-top as well. im really impressed to see how far your car has come already Hulud, im saveing to get the other half of ny suspension i got the koni yellow sport shocks im saving up now for the ground control coil-overs.
