i kno these pictures are of it nice in the day. These are pics when the car was done. Today, i did not have my camera, but this is the actual vehicle i drove. man it pulled hard! :goodjob: :burnout:

Those are bad-ass...I saw a C&D article about those Honda Powered Minis...

So how are the dynamics on a car that is almost as wide as it is long?

pretty much. the steering wheel sits a little to the left. so your kinda crooked. it has a bad wheel bearing and some break issues. But it does have 4 piston calipers. I would gun it and it would jerk all over the place. the shift linkage is a tiny bit crooked (due to the swap) so it was tough going into 2nd. it was awesome. it's so tiny but bad ass!

the site.... superfastminis.com just invented a kit for the K24 swap. DAMNNNNNNNNN

Modded K24 in a Mini = Deathly scary.

I've always wanted to do a B series Mini. The power to weight ratio on those things are unreal. Not sure how safe I'd feel at 120mph in one of those things, though.

haha wow that thing is badass, imagine it superchargedi said that to Guy (our honda tech here). I was like, if they shifted the radiator....turbo...:) i would def put a header and nice exhaust on it for a little more umph. throw a set of cams and a small amount of N02.....wow. It was tough to control b/c of the wheel bearing, but at 120....wow:police:

Would love to take that out on a mountain run.

I imagine its a similar feeling to a 16v swapped Mk1 Rabbit. Similar weight, body style, and engine power output.

There's a company in Cumming doing that B-Series swap...imagine throwing a lil boost on it ;)

Nobody is ever satisfied... sigh... everyone BUT me always needs something more, the car has to be faster, better, etc. :(

Don't ask me how shifting a m/t with two transmissions will work though!

I would imagine that you could modify it so that the clutch pedal manipulates both clutchs and the shifter moves both transmissions. It would be a lot of work though. It would be easier to just use an automatic transmission in the rear engine, nothing to route to other parts of the car. :screwy:

I call BS.

I saw a thread on H-T and someone posted up that same exact picture saying that one had a Type R swap not b16.

MORE PROOF NEEDED.

Its a common swap to put a b series in an old mini. In Europe i'm sure someone has a type-r motor in their mini.

What a waste of an awesome car. Later, QD.

its a type-r valve cover and it could easily be a honda integra b16.

well, for a small amount of money...COUGH 25,000, you can have one, fully restored, paint, leather interior, wide flares, 4 piston calipers, B16 w/ tranny (not junk yard), autometer gauges, 4 fog lamps, and many many more. for 2500 more you can upgrade to the B18.

EF SCOTSMAN-i noticed it...i was like...it's a soccer team...but where. I think i saw the logo in a movie...forgot which one. Either Euro Trip or Shawn of the Dead.
