EXACTLY! Glad I'm not the only person who feels this way. I get to work all the time during crappy weather and several people aren't there. And when they get to work the next day "Yeah, it was a little shitty outside so I thought I'd get a free day".. Then they get all pissed off when they find out that only 4 or 5 people out of 500 actually didn't come for the weather and they get a green slip :)
