dude! its a stock turbo neon, they arent fast. yes i have the stock turbo maxed out but its a very small td04 which is basically a 14G while the mopar stage 3 is a 15G but i dont even have stage 1

yeah but he has alot more supporting mods than me, i'm on stock intake mani, TB and exhaust mani, no port work at all and on theese cars that make a BIG differance....proof of that....copy and pasted...

Now the intake and 55 MM t-body before and after. They did a few more runs but we just took the best of the 3 for the final run. The first 2 are so you can get an idea that there was not much difference from run to run.

Mods, completely stock srt-4 (now ask how hard that was to find)

23HP and 22TQ to the wheels the only thing installed was the intake, spacer, and t-body. AFR's leaned out almost a full .5 of a point. I thought that this was very high but I have seen it on another car now as well with a stg 1 running stock boost controll.

I have only seen with my 2 eyes one car come from Top Speed. From what I saw it was the most ghetto install I have ever seen. I cant make a judgement on that one car though.

One. I never said evos were slow. I came from an EVO and loved that shit. All I said to your homie was that if he was stock he would lose. And as a matter of fact he did. He beat me 1x and I beat him 2x. Screw off.

Also the reason I lost is becuase I dont run highway runs. Dont know how to do it properly, and I have NO problem saying that. I run digs. When I told this to your boy he decided he didint want to lose in a real race. Everyone on IA knows I dont do highway runs, cant even do them properly when I try. In my case however, as I was coming into the corner my malfunctioning HICAS caused my back wheels to twitch sending me sliding...

Srry man, not sure. I dont know much about the VR4. The HICAS issue with the GTR is a well known fact to people in the community. I assume that the VR4 community would probably be the same way. Check some forums out.

But yea.. when your car suddenly decides to move itself in a path other then the one you dictate, its scary as shit.

As for BG supra, it made over 1k whp, and ran 8s when many of us didnt even street race out BOLT ON CARS. Race cars break, shit happens, FUCK CARS BREAK. nothing you can do about it.

anyone that thinks there is a car that makes 900-1000whp and doesnt grenade every once in awhile needs to think about building a car. hell ill even say 500-600whp on a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder is not reliable.

when you run 8s, things get replaced before EVERY RACE, im sure Tracy can comment on that if she wants to. im sure dan lost 2 or 3 motors before he figured out what HE LIKED. no one builds an 8second supra and doesnt blow shit up.

Look at skunk2s NA race RSX. WORLD RECORD HOLDER and i know for a FACT they were replacing rod and main bearings every 3-5 PASSES. they lost several motors to oil pressure problems as well

Also I never said my HICAS died. I said malfunction. Let me give you a bit more info. What HICAS does is physically move your back wheels while you are in a corner. It is supposed to do so at a certain angle to help you come out of the corner faster. Often times what happens however, is the HICAS does not do its job properly, causing your back wheels to move before they should. This obviously causes wrecks. I cant belive that shit.... I am REALLLLLLLYY pissed off at myself. Mostly becuase it was all my fault. I dont have anyone else to blame nor can I blame it on conditions outside.


Last night I was coming home from being out. I was on 285 getting on to Hwy 78 and like a jackass I came into the corner wayyy too hot. AND I KNEW THAT SHIT! I mean I KNEW i was coming in too hot. However my dumbass decides to try it out anyway. I mean I literally said to myself, FUCK I need to brake! But then the little man on the other shoulder said, Fuck it... be a man. Shows where that shit got me. Anyway, as I was coming around the bend my rear tires started to slide, began to correct the slide however unfortunately I was on the left side, which means as soon as the tires started to slide, they slid into the grass. Car of course completely slid now that it was in the grass. Front bumper hit one of those TIGHT CORNER signs, yea I know im a jackass, then car spins all the way to the side and I proceed to knock down about 2-3 more of these same signs with the passenger side (remeber JDM tyte) of the vehicle. I finally come to a complete stop in the grass, and get back onto the road and go to a waffle house to survery the damage.

HOWEVER! I also have some interesting news. It appears that one of the primary reasons for my accident was a HICAS malfunction. For anyone who doesnt know, in laymans terms HICAS is all wheel steering. It actually moves the rear wheels while cornering to allow you to do so faster. Now it is actually much more involved, but those are the basics.

Well anyway, my HICAS was not functioning properly. Which made it so that a turn I should have been able to take I was no longer able too. Currently trying to diagnose what the HICAS problem is and how to fix it. We think the motor may be bad however.

We physically put the car on a lift and looked at the HICAS system and found the motor was receiving interment signals causing it to go off at random sometimes. We also did the HICAS electronic diagnosis and confirmed this.

Unlike most, I dont just say shit to say it. I can back mine up.

35r evos dont make 500whp on pump gas (as he was saying)
2 cars both running 22psi the one that spools faster is gonna win....the other car may make more power at that boost but its not gonna be enough to come back....

One. I never said evos were slow. I came from an EVO and loved that shit. All I said to your homie was that if he was stock he would lose. And as a matter of fact he did. He beat me 1x and I beat him 2x. Screw off.

Also the reason I lost is becuase I dont run highway runs. Dont know how to do it properly, and I have NO problem saying that. I run digs. When I told this to your boy he decided he didint want to lose in a real race. Everyone on IA knows I dont do highway runs, cant even do them properly when I try.
