you laugh but when i was in high school the forsyth county sheriff (the actual sheriff) had a stupidly fast car. i forget what it was, it was like a supercharged merc or an old m5 or something really nuts like that.

yeah back when i was in highschool my county sheriff had a supercharged camaro....so its not that uncommon for countys to have fast cars for police interceptors...also the county next to me had a 94 gt mustang with the 5.0 in it, not too sure what was done to it though......an evo is taking it to the next level though lol

i dunno. alot lately i have seen dodge magnum's with the Hemi and new mustang GT's and camaro's that are soposely chipped all at diffrent counties. THey have to get fast cars.. cars are being made faster again. Sure the Magnum, GT stang and Camaro's are not the fastest but better than the Impala and Intrepid (sp) right?

When i lived in miami there was a undercover boosted 240 that would come the meets and try to race people but he was mostly there to call for back up when a lot of people showed up. Also florida hwy patrol has some 5.0 s/c mustangs too but only like 2 or 3. One day i had a Ga hwy patrol sneek up on me in a charger and a magnum on 285. Also some morrow cops have chargers as well.

Those are only mainly in small villages where there really is no place to run too anyways. Once you get out of the village the cops there could care less what you do.

I remember plenty of times where we would rent cars on the weekends just to drive down the Autobahn, passed Polizei all the time. They don't care about speeding, as long as you aren't being stupid about it.. It's when you pull over on the side of the road they get pissed about or passing on the right.
