yeah people do tow cars to the track...this is the first time this car has ever been to the track so if it broke wouldnt u want a way to get it home. i have a 13 second car and i might just tow it to the track this season cause i have a trailer so why not use it? common sense really...

believe it or not u can put slicks on a street leagal car for the track ....wow...mind blowing huh?

its built tranny...u can drive it on the street. its not a full on super drag race tranny.

yeah it has skinnys on the rear, the DCR auto tranny is crazy fast in 60ft and 1/8 mile but i still wouldnt have one, i wanna use a clutch and shift gears

in defense for towing your car to the track, it's a smart thing to do when you actually make real power. my car is a full street car. daily driven all the time. i will trailor my car to the track any chance i get. i have driven there plenty of times and been able to drive home alright. but if you blow an axle or whatever can happen, AAA takes forever :)

back when i ran 103 in the 1/8 i think i trapped 130 in the 1/4 @ the rock. i wonder what a 5 speed would do in that car

It's not a fully drag tranny, if you would have read one of my later posts. It's DCR's 4spd built auto tranny, made for street AND strip.
