now ive seen it all lol hey man i make my own all thetime let me kno if u still need it or what not an i can do it i use a 1800 number that send u to a directory to pick from a doctors office an location so thatw ay if they cal they dont wanna be on the phone holding forever lookin for the right doctor works like a charm
