Pandora is fucking awesome - I use it ALL the time - its a VERY good way to find obscure bands that still have some freakin kick ass songs

no downloading, the only thing you can do is change ur station which u create by naming a song or artist, and you can tell em you don't like a song and they'll skip it or that you do like it

they don't let you pick specific songs or do anything but go to the next song or pause it
