Maxxis Wheel Company in Newnan,GA is now hiring.
cant say what u would get started off with,just depends on experience.
i got started with $8.50 w/o experience. of course i no longer work there due to bein stranded w/ no ride...
theyre hiring for tire mounters,tire inflators and tire deflators.
hours are 7am-3:30pm monday - friday until April...then the hours will be 5am-1:30pm.

Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
preferred experienced (but they hired me!)

its located on Walt Sanders Memorial Blvd next to the old Skate Palace building(now known as the 911 dispatch center).

well we worked something out. i sat down with my HR and explained to her my whole situation. so she agreed that if i can get my car fixed, or find reliable transportation back n forth by mid-february,i can have my job back. so im on the on-hold status lol.
but even if they did let me go, id still spread word, cuz its a great company. i started in late november, so i was barely there a whole month when Christmas came. i got the week of with pay. not many jobs do that.

Maxxis is a great company. A friend of mine is there head sys admin.

I loaned them my bike for a photoshoot (the new Vortex ad), and they gave me some nice stuff for free, and good tires for really cheap. Everyone that I've met up there has been really cool.

yea it is a piece of cake...by the end of the day, its amazing how better u feel after mounting 800+ tires. lol

do they have a website with more information like address and whatnot? i work at pepboys right now, and it kinda sucks... i want to work on tuner cars more that lincolns and suvs...

Maxxis is a tire company. You won't be working on cars. In fact, you will probably be mounting a lot of bicycle tires .....
