I paid for the treadmill, delivery and even for the paypal charges. I paid paypal to hold the item because I was leaving for vacation that day and returned the following day.

I AIM'd her and she agreed to delivered it upon my return. After I returned (tuesday) I contacted her and she said she would call me that weekend to deliver. Weekend went by and no call from her I called and no answer.

So I PM'd her and she said she was busy and would give me a call that day to deliver. Well the day went by and she never called.

Next day I PM'd her again asking for my money back because this is taking too long. She basically said too bad, she is too busy to deliver and when she has time she will deliver it. WTF

I filed a dispute with paypal and filing a charge back via my credit card for item not recieved.

It's not the scamming thing at all. It's the lack of attentiveness to this transaction. You said today was "only the 23rd" like it is the day after he got back in town. It's been 2 weeks, exactly. Also, how do you know how she plans her weekends? I don't do as you do. It seems, from what you're saying, that if you ordered a TV from someone, and after 2 weeks, you don't have it and you shouldn't wonder about it.


Why dont you get off your ass and go get it and ask for some refund,since you had to pick it up and that will be your work out for the day!!! :goodjob:

I had 3 ppl wanting to buy the treadmill... TOYOchick had the money but insisted that she paypal it to me instead of meeting me in person since she was going out of town for a week. I agreed and even offered to borrow a truck to deliver the damn thing to her. I was sure to mention that I'm BUSY as hell with school and 2 jobs so I would get it to her at my earliest convenience. Since then I've had only one message from her on here asking for her money back saying that her boyfriend bought her a new treadmill... I just checked that like last night. I will get you your money back no problem but I don't appreciate you inconveniencing me to meet your ever changing demands. I would have already sold the thing and had it picked up by now.

All I can say is you need to COMMUNICATE CLEARLY and understand that the world doesn't revolve around you.

I really don't appreciate this slander and the way you are reflecting me on here. I have been a member for years and plenty of ppl can vouche for me...

no they happened. I OFFERED to deliver the thing but it was depending on my schedule and the schedule of the owner of the truck. She called me once when I was at work and I didn't think it was appropriate to call her back at 1am when I got off work. I asked her for an address and said I would do my best to get it to her the following day.... I never received an address so I didn't take the damn thing anywhere!

Ok, sounds to me like it was just a bad plan on both ends. She shouldn't have made the arrangement during her leave and you should have made more of an effort to arrange for her to get the item when she got back...seeing as how she did pay for it. 1. I insisted on paying paypal to hold the treadmill for me untill my return. I even paid u extra for using paypal and DELIVERY. If you couldnt delivery it why did you agee?? If that was the case and cause you all this trouble you should have said NO then sell it to one of your other buyers.

2. Does it really matter how busy YOU ARE? You were paid to deliver something and went back on your word. We agreed VIA AIM that I got back on Tuesday and you would give me a call. Since I didnt get a call I sent you a PM asking when were you going to come buy PM NUMBER 1. You then replied with I will give u a call today and deliver it.

the day went by and YOU DIDNT even call to let me know shit.

3. then I PM'd you asking for money back. NOT even asking for all of it (as the part paypal charges you) Then you come back at me with YOU WILL DELIVER IT WTF

Any admin feel free to check my PM box and all I have said is true.

I all know is when I tell someone I am going to do it I will and if I dont I will give them a call and let them know.

I have never, ever had a problem with Britt, save when she threatened to shank me for not bringing her Varsity cookies. ;) It sounds like some bad communication on both ends, and I know how it can be with school/work/family responsibilities making it really difficult to get schedules worked out for two people to meet up with each other and make a transaction work.

If your wife is Andrea... she technically stood me up. I was gonna meet her at 3:30 at discover and apparantly she didn't show until 3:45. Guess what... I had to be at work!! I called her numerous times and talked to her about it... she had a death in the family and I never heard from her again.
