Ive been thinking about getting another lightning for a daily driver. Im concerned that If I have 2 trucks ill be considered a redneck though :( Who knows.
Did you get your tranny-shifting issue worked out? I used to hate when mine would hunt between gears on the upshift. I wonder what the solution is.

Cool... Mine had problems when it was brand-new, and it felt like a computer issue to me. I lost more than one race because it wouldnt shift right. Other than that, it was a fun vehicle to drive. The 10 MPG around town (13 highway) was a bit painful though...
Yea i thought it was a computer thing at first too after we first spoke about it but it runs perfect now that i replaced that tranny..Man Gas sucks in that shit..Thas why im gonna make sure to LEAVE alex's ass when i go down there to make up for all the gas usage on the way down there..lol..Now i need to just make more power cuz my 4th gear is By far my weakest gear..:thinking: Wonder whats gonne fix that...;) :D

You never know unles you actually race. If it was all dyno numbers, why would they run races on Sunday? The weaker car can win ... if the driver makes up for it, or something happens.

When we ran we only had one good run when neither of us fucked up our shifts or whatever and he won by about 1.5 cars but that was our third and final run. Something wasnt right with my car on that run though we both agreed that I pulled harder on the first two even though we couldnt get clean runs in. Plus it felt alot better with a little tweaking monday night so I believe I have a good chance against cars like Chads that have beat thomas.


Either way I just got my second flat in the same week and dont have money for another new set of tires so until I get a good deal Im not gonna be running nobody on a doughnut :tongue1: One of my fronts went flat earlier in the week and know one of my rears has a inch long gash on the side wall :(
