1.drill hole in top of bumper
2.wrap chain through hole and secure end of chain to itself to make a loop around the bumper
3.proceede to do the other end of the chain similar, except loop it around a tree
4.put car in gear and snatch a gear
5.problem solved

repeat process for front bumper

^Added. You may want several holes to make sure it doesnt just rip the bumper. Or there is always my favorite a sawzaw. Or a Die grinder. Or better yet, plasma torch! Your getting new paint anyway? lol
