As for emmisions, good luck...take cash and lots of it ;)

get a po box in hall county and register your car there and call it a day. I have all my cars registered in savannah so I wont have to worry about emmisions

mine are registered at my parents in barrow but its whateveri added above. You have to have proof you live in the county...water bill, power bill, etc. OR drivers license and a cell phone will not work, i've tried. When you first transfer to that county your license will have to say that county too, you can sometimes get away with it when it comes time for renewal but they'll still ask for the license unless you do it online.
Mines registered in Hall and when Hall impliments emmisions it will be transfered to Lumpkin. I haven't lived in either for years.

hall must be stricter than barrow then...my sisters got a po box in winder and only has her cell bill go to it and shes registered there and not at my parents...odd...idk what to say
i have helped people register up there by taking my parents bill with me and saying that the person is my roommate and all the bills are in our name and thats worked 4 times lol

I registered in Hinesville ga and they just asked for an address without proof. When I was in school in savannah I just told them I am in school and all I have is a po box and no real street address. I worked for me everytime

lets say got a h22 swapped accord when it reads the ecu will it read that it's a prelude motor? I think thats what he's trying to ask, will it matter that he has a swapped engine?

SR's can pass emissions... and legally. seen it with my own eyes several times. just don't do a half assed swap and leave the emissions stuff intact and all will be well.

the swap is complete , it has the SR 3'' downpipe then immediately after the downpipe the catback is bolted on
normally it goes Downpipe-Cat-Catback
here it goes Downpipe-Catback
can u pass emissions without a cat? i doubt it...

Just weld up a crazy 3 cat setup and switch it out after the test, you car is a 93 so you dont have to worry about computers, if it was a 96 or later you would be fucked.

Its cheaper and easier to register in another city. I just registered the car in my sig a few days ago in another city without proof that I lived there
