Check out this guy on HT. his boosted D, im not impressed as his powerband SUCK BALLS. Proof that BIG hp number doesnt mean a FASTER CAR

Here is the setup:

he used to run gt28RS with .86 or so exhaust housing, and his car was making 348WHP with that turbo. Then he switched to that one :rolleyes:

All if not most powerbands of a Honda with a big enough turbo looks like that, to me at least... goes goes & then climbs like an escalator once it starts spooling

All top end power though

yeah mee too, but that is how my car is now with my tranny. slow as hell the nfast for 1/2 second.

AS SOON as it hits 4k rpm, with in 1 sec. it is overreving 8100 on stock head. so fast the shift light comes on a sec later.

and no u dont need 250, u can build it higher, but pick your turbo.


theres also a thread on there where a person downsized his turbo and made 60whp more.

yeah that figures, my friend had a car that went from 75-420 in 1300 rpm, yeah that shit just spun and spun and spun on the street. LOL

with my zc tranny, thats what i do.xcept only 250whp..i get traction in 3rd, but its still rly short gear, i do not believe i am harnessing my power. new tranny soon though.
