Dude.. that guy could do SEAL training with a hand behind his back. Freakin awesome... lucky, too.. if you watch the parts where he has to suspend between two walls using pressure only, he's like the PERFECT height for it.. tall enough to get really good pressure, short enough not to have to bend too much. He's in amazing shape though... after about 30 seconds I'd be like "PEACE I'm good!"
