I will probably never own a VR6 though, because 20th AE's only come in 1.8T and that's the only other dub I want right now.

Ive drivin that same car and loved it. It was another guys who had a TT/Borla exhaust and coilovers. The thing was a solid and quick not to mentioned sounded amazing.

If I were to get a new car it would probably be a Black MKIV VR6...great choice. Did you keep any of your mods from the old MKIV? Wheels and stuff?

ok, first, i traded the GTi becuase it was having some slight engine reliability issues (damn coilpacks) and was at 72k. i basically popped my head into the dealer to see if i could get something newer with a warrenty and keep my same payments, through the sheer will of God, it happened. i LOVE the VR jetta, so sessy! funny thing is, my dad went up there today and bought a black 05 GLI 1.8t 6speed, lol:eek:

i only kept my custom stubby antenna and Misfits air freshener. the suspension was for 1.8t GTi only, and the wheels wouldnt look right on the jetta. in time im sure ill have the jetta on the same level or better than the GTI.... after all, im making more money this year :goodjob:

I miss my GLI a lil, nice cars, but I am w/ you. If I did another MKIV chassis, VR6 12 or 24v... juice it til you can boost it. Nothing VW makes sounds as sexy as a VR.
