Im selling this for my friend. It is locked to Cingular but I think these can be unlocked to other carriers. It has some scratches on it but nothing major. He found this phone while in his house while cleaning his room and he can't find the chargers or anything else that came with the phone. Meaning, you only get the phone !

I called the number and the guy that answered say that is not the 650 he told me "is the one before 650" and he also say that it is unlocked, so I ask him whats the lowest he'll take and says $200, the price here says 150obo , so I told him this and he says he'll do 150 not less.
