I got a 00 si and just yesterday my car started cutting off and stalling...When the car is turn on it stays on for about 7-10 sec but sounds like its choking then it just cuts off...also cut off sometimes when i get to a red light...I tried everything:no:, if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it...

brake light on usually means low fluid which can be low fluid, but usually worn the f#ck out brakes. as the pad wear they push further in=lower fluid in the resivior. when the fluid get's to a certain level it trips the brake light on the dash.
