I did something stupid.

Got off work yesterday, and tried to start my car. But it wouldn't crank. Asked a co-worker for a jump. Bumper to bumper, hoods lifted, jumper cables connect(damnit).

So I walk off, because I see another coworker, and she's asking me something. The girl who's giving me the jump says:

Her: Is my battery supposed to be smoking like that?

Me: ...wha?

Her: The battery...well your cables, look, they're smoking!

Me: No they arenOOOH SHITTY

Because I'm a genius, I connected the pos clamp to the neg side of her battery, and the neg clamp to the pos side.

Is it possible to short out jumper cables? I'm asking, because after this they didnt work. I havent tried them since, but I havent needed to. Should I throw them away.

Yeah I'll do that, I was too embarrassed at the time to check anything. I just quickly replaced my cables with hers, and tossed mine back in the trunk:goodjob:

Nah, I just totally wasn't paying attention. Honestly, I was too busy trying to front like I was the one giving HER the jump. Because my car's super hot, as well as the shit, but it needed a jump from an '02 Focus. Damn:lmfao:

Yeah, if im not mistaken, they are basically just cables. Nothing really to shorten out. As long as there arent any holes in wire cover/insulation you should be good. I have seen some beat up ones before with the clamps almost burt down, so I imagine, not too much harm done. But I could always be wrong..

Naw Tendonitis is swelling/brusin of the tendons. Not really related to how ya stand/walk. I got it in the knees, mainly from playing sports thruout school. Celebrex is a great medecine that helps stop it after taking it for a while. Just becareful, bc it can tear up ya stomach lining. Just about any pain reliever like that can though. Also you can tell when the weather is gonn get bad, bc ya joints will start to hurt.. I can ''predict'' the snow everytime.. haha
