    I have an h22 vtec head with 113015 miles on it wen pulled off running engine. This head will fit honda prelude h series engines only. H22 or H23. It has everything except a broken sensor here or there . Will come as shown in pics. Head bolts included. As with buying anything used I still recommend u change the seals n resurface it. (valve job) but that's up to u.
