Put it this way, this motor was virgin, i know its history, i know where it came from, this is the first time the cams have been even taken out. I was there when they delivered the motor from Acura.

I assure you everything is authentic ITR

Len that is posting in that thread, he sold the motor to me

Maybe the yellow paint wore off. But let me tell you the history

My girlfriend bought the Integra Type-R from an older man back in 2003. She has owned the car ever since. She is the second owner.

The only people that have done work on the car has been Acura/Honda Specialists in Jonesboro (AKA Toms shop) , Balanced Performance (mostly suspension work) and Mainstream Performance.

The car was involved in an accident in late 2006 when a cement trucks driveshaft broke off and slammed underneath the car puncturing her oil pan. Insurance ended up buying a new motor for her. It was delivered to Acura/Honda Specialists and installed.

The motor has NEVER BEEN APART. It was delivered sealed in a crate from acura, the motor bears a B18C5 stamp on the outside.

The engine has never been out of my possession or been tampered with until 2 days ago when i decided to put new cams in it.

Not to be rude, but i dont have a reputation for lieing or selling stuff that is junk.

It has 7 coilbinds , they are authentic ITR valvesprings and ret. MANY people can vouch if for some reason you dont believe me

I know your reputation here, and on honda-tech- infact I have even stood up for you in the all motor section a while ago if I recall correctly after some people were calling you out-

I just know a lot of people lie about what they have, and then that stuff gets sold to a reputable person, and then when they go and sell it-

considering they are all dual valvesprings, it should be fairly easy to assume its type r as they run duals on both sides
