Well, it was only slightly bare, but for someone like me, it was like gold. I didn't feel like pulling my motor out and putting it on a stand to build it. It looks real good, it came with all the stuff off the back of the engine minus the oil cooler and knock sensor, but did come with the oil squirters, all main caps and girdle,belt tensioner+spring, rear main seal holder, and was already bored to 81.5 mm and it looks really nice. I'm glad I bought it and thanks Matt. great deal and good seller bump
