I got a set of 17x7 rota wheels with GOOD tires. Universal 4 lug. 1 of the wheels have been stripped down to bare, another has been stripped some, and the other 2 have been painted white. No bends and a few marks on lips here and there. No major rash or curbage. Some camber wear on the tires, but for the most part they are about 75-80%.

The wheels have been painted silver... two of them still need alot of sanding...
