    yes it does Dowel pins, head plugged, an oil line an head tapped!!!!

    for this price yes, I will let the dizzy an intake go with it, an the oil line if needed for lsvtec, an as the pics no sorry that is it , the cams are JDM type R b18c ..Bit depending on the price either B16 cams are coming with the deal or type R cams, Depends how much I get Low balled either way sale is Pending!
