He's talking about the piece that connects the front subframe to the rear subframe. It's runs underneath the motortrans. All ludes and accords have it.

Do you have the driver's side lock/unlock switch? Like, where the door handle is and then there's the silver switch where you can lock or unlock the car? I have that switch, but not the fuses and all that go with it, so it doesn't work.
Do you have that fuse and if so how much?

yeah...front tow hook is at the front of it...whats up w/ the rear plastic piece?
