sorry for the late response guys been sick with strep.
Yes I still have the ITBs and the only thing you would need to run them is adapt them to some sort of intake manifold because everything else is already there.
I Just know that the block could stand to be rebuilt because the guy i got the motor from said it burned a good bit of oil. the motor might already be sold. but ill keep this thread updated a little better now.
