I have no idea what the Mach 1's run stock or with the mod(s) you have (cat-back, right?)... but I'm usually up for some running. Not too big on street racing though

i went 13.5@105 letting out of 2nd due to sideways action..i have cai, o/r x-pipe, and a catback....im not the best driver but i think if i can get some seat time we could have some good runs. im not a street racer either...if we run it will be at the track..i have too much to lose to risk some stupid shit on the street.

    Sounds good.

You trap higher than I ever have, although I did run a better time... but not too much better considering you let out. If we can both hook I think you're right saying it will be a good race.

As long as you don't go crazy and I can get mine on, it might not change much

haha...im not going forced induction...although i wish i could! but longtubes, new x pipe, new catback, alulminum driveshaft, throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, and a tune will be in the works as soon as i can get time to get it all installed. i want to go procharged but $5300 is steep and i gotta get it tuned as well

anyhow back on topic....your car is quick..should hit 12's with gears and dr's

After looking at a gear calculator and comparing to my speed/rpm crossing the finish line, it might have gears already

im guilty from time to time as well....2 weeks ago i had a srt-4 with a stage 3 mopar set-up...i was in 4th for the whole race from a 70 roll. he started in 3rd and shifted to 4th and got maybe 2 cars on me by the time we hit 120mph. im gonna try him again but we are gonna go from a 60 roll and me in 3rd...should have a different outcome. supposedly a stage 3 srt-4 is supposed to run mid-high 12's...we will see

Yea, I was thinking about it, I'm crossing the finish line at the top of 4th. Stock gear is a 3.42 and a 3.42 in 4th, 4th being 1.0 ratio, and 25-26" tires... that's around 128mph. I'm trapping 104ish and it's at the top of 4th (I think I have like 10mph left). Oh well, guess I have to skip that step and put a kit on it

^ there u go man i agree with goat now that i no u have less miles than i would think but at the same time 100 is safe and fun and thats what its about. I would build another motor on the said myself then do like goat said thoe after u have had the 100shot and got use to it.But if you blow it up u got another motor ready and ur car wouldn't be down long...

I'd actually like to start out with a 50 or 75 shot, just to see how the car reacts and what not. I've also never been faster than the 13.3 and I like to gradually get faster, jumping to a 100 or 150 shot would be a big jump.

ehhh...i sort of agree...i only made like 6 passes on the 100 shot, went 12.3 on it one day, we checked a/f out on the street near sdr with the 150 came back and ran 11's

Properly done 100 should not hurt anything properly setup

I sprayed 75 on my wife's auto 4 cyl accord and it loved it. Might be a good thing to see how the car reacts.

lol. I seriously thought it was just another 13.8 or so... I mean, that mustang was FAR back, but I never expected a 13.3 on those tires!

How did it look launching and going down the track? Wish I could've gotten it on camera.

How did it look launching and going down the track? Wish I could've gotten it on camera.
Yea it surprised the shit out of me.
    It looked

I could tell that you were pushin it harder that pass than any of the others.

Be ready to snap that weak ass rear end. Gears, Slicks, and dumping the clutch and you better have a truck to tow it home with. When it goes LMK, think I still have a ford 9" somewhere.

I'm on shitty street tires... actually thinking about selling the slicks I bought and putting the money into mods since I cut a 2.06. Not the greatest 60', but good enough for being my DD. If I can sell some stuff and buy a DD, I won't mind putting some slicks on it I just won't dump the clutch, the spec stage 3 can handle some feathering.

Long tubes, mild cam (w/springs and RR) and a tune!!

BTW mine had Cooper Cobras......decent, but not the best tire.

I refuse to do a cam just to get into the 12's, lol. Long tubes, dual 3" exhaust, and a bad ass intake MIGHT do the trick with a good launch.

www.herronperformance.com He can give you a deal on a set of long tubes, Pacesetters with or without emissions hook-ups.
